Made from selected Rkatsiteli grapes. After the fermentation the pomace and the last fraction of the pressing wine is double steam distilled in traditional way. It has crystal clear colour with complex aromas of ripe yellow plum with hints of fresh almonds. Characterized by clean mid-palate, fruity and spicy aftertaste.
