This dry white wine is produced 100% from Rkatsiteli grape variety. This variety is Georgia’s most popular white-wine grape variety. It has light straw color. The wine is restrained and refreshing with yellow fruit aromas and hints of white peach and apricot with some floral notes. The wine has balanced alcohol with acidity higher than average. With a very pleasant flavor, mild acidity and soft tannins, this wine also has a long finish.  

Best to enjoy at 13-16°C. The wine perfectly matches with meat dishes, grilled fish, fresh herb salads and cheese.
